DISCHARGE SUPPLIES/COLOR REMOVAL
The discharge process involves removing, stripping or breaking the chemical bond between the dye and the fiber, which results in a lighter colored area on a darker background. There are numerous choices of discharge agents: Discharge Pastes, Bleach, Thiox and Formusol. NOTE: Good ventilation is important, as well as wearing a dual cartridge respirator fitted with acid gas cartridges.
NOTE
: When you use bleach, we recommend that you neutralize the fabric in a bath containing
AntiChlor
.
