Surface Design Workshops at

PRO Chemical & Dye 

 

All of our workshops are held at PRO Chemical & Dye in Fall River, Massachusetts. Our building is air-conditioned in the summer months. The workshops run from 9:00AM to 4:00PM each day, with additional time to work independently after the formal instruction.

 

Workshops are open to all skill levels, from beginner to advanced, unless noted in the course description. We limit the size of our workshops to 14 students, to ensure maximum benefit and personal attention.

 

PRO Chem provides a complimentary lunch daily. The lunches are not gluten and dairy free. Contact us for places in the area that you can purchase alternatives.

 

Tuition: To guarantee your space in a workshop, the following deposit(s) must be received with your registration.

2 day workshop = $200 - deposit of $100 charged at registration

3 day workshop = $325 - deposit of $150 charged at registration
4 day workshop = $395 - deposit of $175 charged at registration

5 day workshop = $475 - deposit of $200 charged at registration

The balance of your tuition must be paid 30 days prior to the beginning of the workshop. A late fee of $50 will be charged if the balance is not paid on time.
 

Cancellations: If you cancel from a workshop up to 30 days before the beginning of a workshop, you will receive a full refund of all money paid at that time, minus a $50 cancellation fee.

 

No refund can be made after that time due to faculty contracts, housing and transportation arrangements.

 

PRO Chem reserves the right to cancel a workshop without sufficient enrollment six weeks before the scheduled date. If you have registered for a workshop that does get canceled, you will receive a full refund of your tuition deposit. Please register early to avoid disappointment!

 

We encourage you to read and understand this cancellation policy before you register online or by mail, phone or fax.

 

Transportation:

If you are flying, T.F.Greene airport in Providence, RI is the closest to Fall River, with about a half hour's drive. Logan Airport in Boston, MA is not as easy to get in and out of as Providence and is about an hour's drive depending upon the traffic.

 

Lodging: Housing is not within walking distance to the classroom. Call us at 508-676-3838 for a list of accommodations in the local area. Upon arrival at the motel, you are responsible for payment of your room and for transportation to and from the hotel to PRO Chem.

Your credit card does not automatically get charged for the full amount of tuition stated for each workshop, unless you are registering within 6 weeks prior to the scheduled workshop dates. Otherwise only the tuition deposit will be charged, once we process your registration.
